    A: We are a direct manufacturer with a finished goods warehouse in Zhoushan. We also have our own international trade department, handling both production and sales.

    A: We primarily manufacture various marine fibre ropes.
  • Q: What are the primary application areas for your products?
    A: Our products are chiefly employed in naval equipment, shipboard fittings, ocean-going transport, offshore petroleum operations, mining activities, marine mooring systems, naval vessels, fishing operations, port handling, and specialised projects.

    A: Yes, we frequently undertake custom manufacturing. We produce items according to customer-specified dimensions, special sheathing requirements, and other bespoke specifications.

    A: Yes. Alongside bespoke orders, we maintain stock of standardised ropes, typically measuring 220 metres in length.

    A: Our facility currently operates 20 production lines, staffed by a team of industry-specialised technical personnel. This enables efficient and stable manufacturing of diverse synthetic fibre rope and net products to fulfil varied customer order requirements.

    A: The company currently employs over 200 staff members, including more than 30 professional technical personnel and 5 engineers.
  • Q: How does your company ensure product quality?
    A: 1. Rigorous raw material procurement: Selecting premium polypropylene, polyester, nylon and other polymer materials to guarantee the strength, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties of the ropes from the source.2. Advanced production techniques: Utilising domestically advanced production equipment and employing mature, stringent manufacturing processes to ensure the ropes possess a compact structure and stable performance.3. Comprehensive Quality Control System: Certified under the ISO9001 Quality Management System, we implement rigorous oversight at every production stage. Multiple quality inspection points are established to assess rope appearance, dimensional accuracy, strength, and other critical specifications.
  • Q: What are the payment terms?
    A: Upon quotation, we shall confirm the transaction terms with you, whether FOB, CIF, CNF, or other arrangements. For instance: full payment upon order placement, or a 30% advance payment followed by the balance prior to shipment. However, our predominant payment method is T/T.
